Beach lovers Myra & Riken, celebrated their love with an extravagant Hindu Destination Wedding at Hard Rock Riviera Maya Hotel in Mexico.
The first time they ever spoke to each other was on their high school graduation and after that day, they knew they were meant to be. In the beginning, it wasn’t easy as they had a long distance relationship during their college years, but life brought them back together, and here we are now celebrating their true love!!
With the help and advice from the amazing Nirali Shah, Myra and Riken found the perfect place for their dream South Asian destination wedding: the Hard Riviera Maya Hotel.
Their Hindu Wedding Ceremony took place in an ultra-romantic oceanfront gazebo on the hotel’s spacious terrace. The Hindu wedding ceremonies can sometimes be a more serious affair, Myra and Riken had smiles on their faces during the entire ceremony! After some portraits around the property with their South Asian destination wedding photographer, they took a moment to change and prep for the Civil Wedding Ceremony.
Myra shared a few words with her Cancun wedding photographers: “Before the ceremony, as I was watching everyone walk towards the gazebo, I turned around and noticed Riken standing there talking to his friends. I was hiding behind a golf cart, and I was a bit nervous and frustrated that someone might see me before it was time. As soon as I saw him, everything else just faded away. I wasn’t frustrated anymore. I instantly became emotional, and it finally dawned on me that I was about to marry my best friend.”

One to represent the culture and traditions of the bride and the groom.
