When Dan first contacted us from the United States, he had one dream: to surprise Sophie with a marriage proposal in Tuscany. She had always dreamed of visiting the Tuscan countryside, so he planned a romantic wine tasting experience at Querceto di Castellina, hoping to turn that dream into the beginning of their next chapter together.

Over the following months, we carefully planned every detail. Together, we chose the perfect vineyard where the proposal would take place, making sure everything felt natural while keeping the surprise completely secret.

On the day of the proposal, Gisele and I arrived early to explore the estate, check the light, and prepare for the moment we had been planning for months.

Rather than waiting with cameras in hand, we blended into the surroundings like any other visitors enjoying a peaceful afternoon in the vineyards of Chianti. Our goal was simple: let Dan and Sophie experience the moment without ever realizing we were there.

When they reached the vineyard we had chosen together, everything was ready.
