They both enjoy seeing new sights, exploring new countries, trying new foods, meeting new people and immersing themselves in unfamiliar experiences. Mexico has always held a special place in their hearts. Nikolai proposed to Rachael while traveling in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
They committed themselves to one another in a joyful ceremony at The Royalton Riviera Cancun on a sunny day in paradise.
