Hayden and Bryant chose the rugged, sun-kissed coast of Castiglioncello, Tuscany, for their intimate destination elopement. Surrounded by Mediterranean cliffs, emerald waters, and the soft glow of Italian light, their wedding day became a celebration of love, privacy, and connection exactly as they had always imagined.
As destination wedding photographers in Tuscany, we were honored to document their elopement along the Tuscan coastline, capturing every quiet glance, gentle touch, and golden sunset moment.
Below, we share their love story in Hayden’s own words.
“Hayden and I met on Tinder just after Christmas. He was home from college for the holidays and had to leave town before we could meet. We started texting occasionally and finally went on our first date in March.
We met at a coffee shop and talked for hours before walking through the city together, dreaming about small houses with cozy porches. The next morning Hayden had to drive back to St. Louis, but I convinced him to meet me for breakfast before he left.
We ate at a little restaurant just off the highway, and before he got in his car, I kissed him. In that moment, I knew I wanted to marry him.
Over the next months we only saw each other on weekends and school holidays, but we spoke every single day. After Hayden graduated, he moved in with me just before the world shut down during COVID.
2020 shaped our relationship we cooked together, stayed up late, laughed endlessly, and built a life in our small apartment. In 2021, we moved to a bigger place and started talking about buying a house.
On July 3, 2021, Bryant proposed in Memphis, Tennessee, inside a beautiful art museum surrounded by lush gardens. Peter Frampton’s “Baby, I Love Your Way” began to play as he knelt down and asked me to marry him. I gasped it was pure magic.
A few months later we adopted our dog, Booregard Turbot Jackson, and soon after bought our first home together. Everything happened fast, but it felt right.
So when it came time to get married, we knew we wanted something different something deeply intimate, romantic, and unforgettable. We decided to elope.”
Instead of a traditional wedding, Hayden and Bryant chose a destination elopement in Castiglioncello, Tuscany, drawn by its dramatic cliffs, crystal waters, and timeless Italian charm.
Castiglioncello offered exactly what they wanted:
Privacy
Natural beauty
Mediterranean atmosphere
Soft golden light
And a sense of timeless romance
They envisioned a day free from crowds, expectations, and distractions just the two of them, the sea, and their commitment to one another.
They both wore elegant white attire and stood beneath a wooden arch decorated with delicate white florals symbolizing the purity of their bond.
After a heartfelt ceremony, they spent the evening wandering along the cliffs with their Tuscany elopement photographer, embracing the salty breeze, the crashing waves, and the warm glow of the setting sun.
Every image tells a story of love, freedom, and connection.
Looking back, they both agree: eloping in Castiglioncello, Tuscany was the best decision they ever made.
